Prepare the parsley salad by adding parsley, tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to a medium mixing bowl and tossing to combine. Set aside. |

To Make Tahini Sauce1.) Add tahini, sea salt, and garlic powder to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine. |

Cook falafel bites according to package directions. |
