    Prepare the parsley salad by adding parsley, tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to a medium mixing bowl and tossing to combine. Set aside.

    To Make Tahini Sauce

    1.) Add tahini, sea salt, and garlic powder to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
    2.) Add water a little at a time, continuing to whisk, until you have a creamy, pourable sauce. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Tahini is meant to be the prominent flavor, but add garlic powder for more garlic flavor or sea salt for saltiness.
    3.) Same sauce can be used for sandwich.

    Cook falafel bites according to package directions.

    To serve, add salad greens and parsley salad and top with hummus, 3 falafel bites and tahini sauce.
